I went to the hospital to see my goddaughter this evening.
Lily Regina 6lbs 2oz. I am so excited. She was so cute. I think she is only the second baby I have ever held.

Random Videos
I came across these videos last night and thought I would share this afternoon.
If only I could figure out all the codes on Walmart's intercoms. I would have so much fun.
I don't know why I enjoy this one so much. It has to be the song.
I thought this was sort of funny. At least it brought some enjoyment to an otherwise boring and meaningless game.
I played football for many years or at least that is what my knees tell me lately. I never saw anything like this during my days of playing. The strangest thing I ever saw was a quarterback pulled from a game because his wife was angry. They married as juniors and he wanted to play his senior year but she didn't want him playing anymore. Well she came on the sidelines and had the coach pull him. Thank god because he was passing all over us that first quarter. We ended up winning thanks to a domestic disturbance.
This is Thomas Wilson. He played Biff in the Back to the Future series. This is a song he plays at his stand up gigs. He talks about what is like to be him. You know when I meet him I am going to ask all about Freaks and Geeks: What was it like to work with Linda Cardellini and James Franco? You played Coach Fredericks, what did he say to Sam in the office that was muted by a song after the sex ed class and Sam asked about the porno? Yeah, I'm a prick.
This makes living in Milwaukee seem humiliating. This is why I loved playng sports, I never had to put up with the halftime shows.
I'll be back later.

Smile
This morning I was all set to go out and about in the countryside to go take photos of the leaves. I called up my cousin while he was milking to see if I could go out in his forest today but he told me it would be wet and muddy. I looked out the window and sure enough it was raining. So what to do? I decided a movie was in order. I have been going through my dvds and reviewing some of my favorite movies. I think a blog is in order for that. I need to start writing soon then. Anyway, I watched In America. I love that movie. After the movie I curled up on the couch and turned on the news and dozed off. I heard "Forrest Whitaker" by Brother Ali. I realized it was my moby and answered. My goddaughter was born this morning. I am so excited. Maybe I'll skip that wedding this weekend so I can go see her.

Whopper Freakout
A friend of mine called me after my last post to tell me that the nearby Burger King had run out of Whopper patties. They explained that they were on a new shipment schedule due to gas prices. My friend was livid because that meant he had to order something else. He called me and was screaming about not being able to get a Whopper. I suggested he try Culver's, Taco Bell, or McDonald's. This is what he said, "Do Culver's, Taco Bell, or McDonald's have Whoppers? NO! I WANT A WHOPPER!" It got me thinking of those old commercials Burger King ran a while back that featured a hidden camera at the drive-thru and they informed customers they were out of Whoppers. Well one of the commercials was never aired. It was filmed at a Burger King in Minneapolis. This is how we do in Minneapolis.
Whopper FREAKOUT! (Ghetto Version 2.0) - Watch more funny videos hereNow, I'm not claiming that is authentic but it is pretty funny.

Motivation
Sorry about going off in the last post. I am just scratching my head in wonder how someone has the balls to do something like that and I am also sure that he had people send in photos. Oh well, I guess I'll drop it. It just seems that the last few weeks breasts and testicles are the hot topic on xanga. I am thinking of taking tomorrow off to go get some pictures of the trees. We aren't even in the peak color yet but I like the colors now with all the greens, reds, oranges, yellows, golds, and browns. I just need the motivation to get out and take the photos. Maybe instead of the posters what should motivate me is that the gas station near my house now has gas at $2.99. No, the posters are better.

What a hypocrite am I! I'll be back tomorrow, health permitting, with a comic book entry.
