  • Merry Christmas

I just wanted to be a little serious here and wish all my friends and enemies a Merry Christmas.  I hope that you and yours find a peaceful respite during this holiday season.  For those who habla espanol Feliz Navidad.  For those that sprech Deutsch, Ich wunsche euch ein frohes Weihnachten.

I hope my Jewish friends had 8 nights filled with mirth and craziness.  May you always land on gimel.  In case you are wondering why I posted all those pictures of the women dressed as Mrs. Claus, well I couldn't find any Hanukkah Hotties.  Hmmm...maybe I have found a new calling.  Anyway this is the only Hanukkah character I could find for you:

What a mensch that Hanukkah Harry is!

    For those...

I could go for some hotwings about now.

Oh I did this last year...I was surrprised to see that Maury's show this morning wasn't his usual holiday specail where trannys and women are dressed in the holiday theme and the audience guesses if they are men or women.  He had kids in his studio to look at animals.  Tomorrow I am hoping for the Christmas paternity special.

In summing it all up, I hope that your Christmas isn't shitty.

    Merry Christmas!

  • The Hooters thing is pretty funny,"Behold! I bring you... chicken wings!"

    Merry Christmas!

  • Are the hotwings glazed with frankincense, or myrrh? Love the Maury picture, although I hate the show with a passion.

  • This was really funny! I hope you got all your wrapping done! Have a great day - no disasters like Thanksgiving, 'kay?

  • @MelFamy -

I hate that show too but sometimes I find myself watching it because it is like a car accident where you can't help but stare. It promotes such a horrible lifestyles. Like the woman who had to test 15 men to find which one was her child's father and the audience boos the man because he doesn't want to deal with her because he doesn't think the child is his and then they cheer for the woman. Sort of like if you cut your hand with a chainsaw; it's difficult to tell which blade cut you first. The thing about the show that really aggravates me is that people in the audience cuss and they have to beep out the audience.

I got all my wrapping finished last night. It's funny how much time is spent putting beautiful paper on a box and then within seconds all my hard work is ripped apart. I ended up going to an aunt's house for lunch and then visiting afterward. I had to do some plumbing because she had so many people at her house...don't dwell on that. I was supposed to go out later this evening but a snowstorm is coming through and I am going to take it easy and watch my Dark Knight and Family Guy DVDs.

  • I got my husband Dark Knight . . . neither one of us saw it at the theater so I'm hoping he'll want to watch it after the little one goes to bed . . . which will be very soon since he's overloaded with Christmas adreniline . . . I'm looking for my silent night at last!

  • Great Pics!  Thank you for the friendship : )

  • @jacksoncroons -

I went to see it in the theater because I am a comic book nerd. I was blown away by Heath Ledger's performance.

  • @storyslut -

Thanks for accepting. I saw similar friends so I thought why not.

  • hello, i just came across your blog randomly, and sorry if i appear like a creeper but i read about twenty pages. >__<

you're fricken hilarious and i laughed at least once on each of your posts. i love your celebrity posts :) i'm definately going to subscribe.

  • @its_me_katie -

Thank you. I will have to creep through your page too...I guess that makes me sound creepy. I am glad I could make you laugh. That is something I strive to do with each post.

  • @godfatherofgreenbay - Ditto on the car wreck aspect. One of my deckhands will have it on when I walk through the galley, and I just watch in horror until a commercial breaks the spell.

  • lol i didn't think you were being serious!

  • @its_me_katie -

Well if you took the time to read through my blog, I should reciprocate.

  • alright, agreed. just wondering, what does your xanga name mean? is greenbay your favorite team...? sorry, my knowledge of sports is really really really little.

  • @its_me_katie -

Wow! You got half of it. I love Green Bay and The Godfather is my favorite movie(yes that is cliche). I used that name on myspace and then I heard about this place and then I found out there is a movie of the same name so I signed up with the name so they couldn't take it.

I also claim to have a hand in all that goes on in Wisconsin.

  • thanks for the recent eprops, but I must confess, eprops without comments is much like eating good Wisconsin cheese without good Wisconsin beer to wash it down.

  • @Egregious_Deviant_Zebra -

Oh so true. I was planning on reading it but I am having problems staring at my screen. So what Wisconsin beer is your poison of choice?

  • I love the Hooters Hot Wings picture.  That's a riot - as well as the Paternity results.

Reminds me of a poster saying "Abstinence - 99.99% effective" underneath a picture of the "virgin" Mary.

  • @curiousdwk -

When I found that Maury photo last year, I laughed non-stop for a half hour. It reminded me of so many of the women on the Maury show that have the paternity results read after they claim to be 150% or more confident that so and so is the father of their baby. Then Maury says that he isn't the father and the woman claims it isn't true and that she only slept with that guy so it was a miraculous conception.

Now you know how women feel when we wear makeup :)

  • @ithiliya -

Wow...thank you for letting me in on that. Now I will never try to mess up some lady's make-up. Now I am trying to think of ways that I may have messed up make-up.

  • @godfatherofgreenbay - I'm sure that whenever you have, it was worth it ;)
