Motivation
Thank you for all the well wishes. I am starting to feel better. Today was one of the first days that I felt decent and didn't have any coughing attacks. The only bad part was that I felt so tired. I woke up about 6:45AM because one of my cats crawled on my back and started kneading my shoulder. Her nails need to be cut because I felt pin pricks all over my shoulder. I got up took my medicine and thought about breakfast but I didn't have any appetite. I laid back down trying to get back to sleep. No luck. 10AM I finally fell asleep and then woke up at noon. So my day has been filled with surfing Xanga, checking up Addicting Games, and filling out applications for teaching positions. I have somewhat given up on my writing career. OK, maybe I am just putting it on hold because I am not getting any bites at getting a staff position or into journalism. Maybe they have read my blog. Anyway, I am thinking of getting back into fulltime teaching instead of subbing but today was great because I can pick and choose when I work. So it means that my autobiography won't be hitting the shelves of Dollar Stores until a later date. Anyway I need some motivation to get back to the applications...teaching apps are quite interesting.
Well I hope you were motivated by this post. Ugh...I don't want to go fill out applications. In one I have to list the last five books I read. I am sure they want to know I read Captain Underpants...part of my banned book list. Oh and if you haven't or want to vote again, here's my Tournament of Randomocity...it's the CHAMPIONSHIP!

FIRST! Haha!!
Ok...now what WAS I gonna say? Hmm....*thinking*...ahh, yes, this reminds me of that link you posted a few weeks back with the hilarious cover letters. You know, I wonder if something like that could work? Surely HR people get tired of reading all those boring cover letters? You'd think. You should just try it some time on a job that you don't really care that much about, just to see. Experiment!
Glad you are feeling a bit better. Sorry my well-wishes are late. *smooooches*
My copy of the autobiography will be signed right?
and FREE!!?!

You know I am thinking of that in some of my letters of interest to just insert some random factoids. I also may include some quotes but I will stay away from that movie School of Rock where Jack Black says "Your kids touched me and I'm pretty sure I touched them."
Thanks for the well wishes.

Yes, if you can make one of my signings at a Dollar Store. I know that you college students need to save all your money for books and beer and...hot wings so I will save a copy for you.
... That bee image is terrifying.

not so much a beer fan, but i do like my passion fruit vodka/orange juice mix. YES AT 10AM (or earlier) hehehe.
Glad to hear you're feeling better. If potential employers haven't gotten back to you as a result of reading your blog, it's because they're still rolling on the floor laughing.
Girls with Guns.. that's awesome. I just started humming "Kids with Guns" by the Gorillaz quite loudly..in the library.. full of people. One of these days they're going to escort me out of here for being disruptive. At least I'm not talking on my cellphone like half of these kids. They take up the study rooms to talk on their phone, as opposed to letting me use the room for studying purposes.. and Xanga.
And our girls do go burkaless.. that kid is probably drooling.
Let me know the address of the Dollar Store and I will totally be there. Me and my beat-up Neon will make the trek. P.S. I'm a poor college student, will mine be free too? =]

I can't look at that picture for more than a second.

You know I have worried about that. I had a dream that I unleashed some horrible joke upon mankind that will slowly sweep across the globe and make everyone laugh to death. OK, maybe I was just watching Spike TV's 1000 Ways to Die and there was a feature of a guy who laughed to death and then I also saw part of Monty Python's And Now for Something Completely Different with the segment that showed how teh Allies truly won World War 2.

The Girls with Guns is a favorite and I need to go listen to Gorillaz. I disliked studying at the library in my college because it seemed like people were there just for a show or to get dates for chapel services or church services...yes, at my school taking someone to a church service was tantamount to letting the public know that you liked each other. There were people who fell asleep in the private study rooms and had to be woken up at closing time or some of the library staff would just leave them sleep. I had a friend who hid in one and spent the night going crazy in the library after hours.
Alright I will save one of the books for you too.
@godfatherofgreenbay -
I remember that skit from Monty Python, great stuff!
I'm glad I don't have to list my five last books. "Femme Fatale Fuhrers" probably wouldn't help either.
I love what some of these signs are saying. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm...that sounds like an interesting book. Maybe I could pass it off for studying about history.
Good luck with those applications.
Kim Kardashian.....sighs....
one day
we will look like that naturally...
thanks for stopping by (: ~!
@AlterEgo909 -
Thank you...I got one finished and delivered today.

Hmmm...I would say maybe to hoping in the looks department but yes to the butt department. I would rather see Olivia Munn.
Note to self: Get a "Drink Til You Want Me" T-Shirt...
