Oh the past, I don't know how many weeks, every Saturday on my Xanga has become Caturday so I was sort of amused that Christmas Day was also Caturday

Yeah I have two cats, I like the way they carry themselves and can be ok when left alone during the day. I think with cats they still remember that the Egyptians worshiped them back in the day.

Yep, it's a jackelope, part jack rabbit and part antelope.

Lua is the long hair one with brown and who likes to stare at my jackelope and Kiki is the short hair that likes to stick her tongue out and eat cigars.

Aw. I have 2 named after Christmas (Merry, as in Merry Christmas, and Missy, as in Mistletoe) because we got them a few years ago around this time of year. They're adorable, but they are still tiny for cats and usually sneak under the tree and try knocking ornaments off.

well the last three photos are my two cats, Kiki and Lua. Kiki is the black and white short hair and Lua is the black, white, and tan long hair. They're litter mates.

yeah my two are pretty small, I think I got them fixed too early but they did go into heat and one of them, I swear, was barking.

Barking? .. They're cats. I don't think I've ever had a pet go into heat.

I'm not really a fan of cats for some reason. I don't know. But I found the zombie kitty pictures really funny. Or maybe that's because I just finished The Walking Dead marathon. Hahaha.

Awww...thanks Peridot21. It is a jackelope and I had no clue what she saw in it. I was thinking that maybe the fur was moving and she thought it was alive. Lua is a mean cuss. She likes to pick fights with Kiki and she'll wrap around Kiki and kick her in the head repeatedly and sometimes it takes off Kiki's collar. And speaking of Lua, she is sleeping right next to me in the co-pilot's chair...my old desk chair that I couldn't get rid of because they use it as a bed.

... Kiki and Lua (I knew that, jeez Peridot) ... Lua is the one with the different color spots then, right? ... and she's sleeping right next to you? ... that definitely gets another AWWWWW!

Yup, you are batting 1.000 Lua has the tan spots but they have the same spot patters. Kiki has a tip of white fur on her tail as does Lua but because Lua has long hair it's hard to tell. Lua also has a goatee. That one photo of the two of them together is my old chair. I have it facing me and they usually curl up facing me unless they both crawl in the chair. Lua just jumped up because there was a dog barking on the TV.

There were pretty clever last night and this morning. They had their shots today so last night I got out their kennels to warm up. Maybe that is why Lua was skittish. They knew they were going somewhere. This morning I had fun trying to find them. They love to hide. They had their pedicure and shots. It's a two person job. I have to hold them with leather gloves so I don't get bit or scratched. I haven't yet but the vet has. We had to give Kiki aspirin because she reacts to the shots but right now she seems like she's hyper and is running around the house in her circuits. She just meowed at me. Man, I sound really weird.
@godfatherofgreenbay - lolol she just meowed at you... that's probably cause she knew you were talking about her... you better be careful or it'll be more straws for you! ;P

Hahaha...after she had her shots on Thursday, Kiki was withdrawn and spent most all the rest of Thursday and most of Friday curled up next to a heat register. She would occasionally come out to get food or water and then it was right back to the corner. I felt bad but when I went out Friday morning to Walmart to get champagne that I didn't drink...yet...she came out and started running around. Last night she was on a mission. She must have brought down a dozen straws and when I woke up the one she brought to me, she laid right on my playstation. Fun times.
