It’s Caturday
I had so much to say but I really can’t think straight because the damn Packers lost to the Browns. I know it’s only preseason but it’s the fucking Browns. I also can’t think because there is a tractor pull going on outside my town. It’s about two miles away but the wind has carried the diesel fumes to my house. It’s so nauseating.

I still can’t believe that in the two hours I leave the house those two lose their collars and tear my couch open. At least tonight they didn’t do anything and probably slept while I was gone. No luck finding a couch but I did see one sitting outside on a driveway. I’m tempted to go back and see if it’s there later tonight and if it is I may just load it up.
It was cute at first but now it’s getting to be a hassle. Maybe the rage center of my brain is being affected by the diesel fumes. Can we fix this? Can we also fix the video transcoding? Why does it take hours to transcode videos?

Hope that is a good sofa sitting out there. The best stuff is free and the way those two four footed beasts are going, paying for a sofa is not such a good idea.
I hate tractor pulls. Whoever decided those were fun and cool and a test of manliness? Not only is the diesel fuel bad, but they run those engines annoying loud. Most irritating thing ever, and only in the Midwest, I think.
You have my sympathy.
I have heard of sweater puppies before and now this. The captain obvious one is a good one not that the others aren’t good too.
I complained about the video thing 5, that’s five months ago and still have not seen any improvement. Go to help then video help and you will see my post with crazylady59 and dangerousdan58 and dirtybay too. (Edit: I just noticed dirtybay was the first to post in the help section about videos) I tried to garner a little help by posting about it but my site gets so little traffic and I don’t think anyone gives a rat’s until it just quits working all together. I hope you have better luck than I did with it.

Because video transcoding requires the services of a specialist wizard and Xanga is too cheap to hire more than one.
maybe I have had to many diesel (or jet) fumes in my life; I don’t even know what transcoding video means

@EmilyMyself - Well I guess it’s Xanga so something has to be broken.
@dangerousdan58 - yeah I know, I thought I’d try to get some attention to your plight. I wrote the question in the help section and got no replies. I also wrote an email to a guy I presume is on the Xanga team who helped me when I was blocked out of Xanga. Maybe we’ll have answers on Monday.
@Grannys_Place - There were people sitting on it when I went back so I took it that it was their outdoor couch.
@musicmom60 - My dad and I were talking about this and how we each didn’t understand the appeal of a truck and tractor pull. He always said that the so called tractors aren’t really tractors because they don’t use them for field work. I do appreciate horse pulls because that takes training plus the smell isn’t as bad as the truck and tractor pulls.

@boilingicicle - I was sort of peeved about it because the total cost was actually pretty high. The collars themselves were probably only $3 or $4 but I also had identification tags in case they ever got out and I also had their rabies vaccination tags on the collar but thankfully the vet said I could just come out and pick up new tags.

@emily_shannon - It’s amazing some of the things cats will eat. The cat that is sleeping next to me on my right enjoys graham crackers and the cat sleeping on my left enjoys Chef Boyardee

@leaflesstree - this does no good for you but a local humane society has had such an overwhelming amount of animals that they have waived all adoption fees for cats and dogs.
@StrawberrySunrises - they are such mischief makers. I’ve been scared because there have been times when I’ve come in my house and my refrigerator is right next to my door and my cat Kiki will jump off the top of the refrigerator. It’s about 6ft tall and I have no clue how she gets up there.

@ArmyWife4Life2007 - I saw someone upload a pic and it said Image Not Found and then he didn’t do anything to it and then posted the same photo in an entry it showed up but I tried it and it still said Image Not Found.

@dangerousdan58 - It’s a photo of one of the editorial writers over at The Onion…Jim Anchower. They even set up a website for him and you can read his articles there. A few times he’s mentioned my hometown in his articles and it’s always negative because it’s a tourist town.

@dangerousdan58 - well you definitely got the stoner part right. All his articles involve weed or beer like a good Wisconsin resident…or so I’ve heard.

@LaughOutLoudLauren - yikes…I was watching goldfish for my aunt and my cats kept trying to dunk their heads under the water to catch the fish. They never got them and that was the last time I fish sat.
