  • Hey! Guess What Day it is.

    #caturday If you said "Annoy the shit out of Godfather Day" then you'd be correct.  I really am losing patience with my family but then I suppose that is standard.  My dad is acting like a rebellious teenager, my mom is being an overly assertive mother to him, my aunt...my poor poor aunt, my cousin calls up during the middle of supper saying that she's divorcing her husband and CPS declared her an unfit mother and that she caught her husband masturbating to internet porn.  I LOVE MY FAMILY!  I can't wait for Thanksgiving!  At least I have the LOLCats.

    I have a weird question: I happened upon a picture on a message board a few months ago, of a cat whose breed I can not identify. It's an odd but pretty cat. If I were to send it to you would you mind taking a look, to see if it's familiar to you?

  • At least you have a family. If things get any worse around here I'm going to have to call a few associates from my past - if there's any left alive or not in prison. Some crazy female has caused me some problems recently - and when I say crazy, I mean fucking loony tunes off the wall mental case crazy. My place has been ransacked, I was threatened, assaulted, - it has taken a lot of self control to keep myself from doing something quite .............   well, let's just leave it at that. 

    When I'm sure it's all over I'll write you or post all of the horrid details. I have to run, get to the store for more rubber gloves, ether and some cleaning products. One just never knows when they'll need a few gallons of sulphuric acid. Should be interesting around here - as soon as it gets dark. I should turn on a microphone to record the screaming. I doubt it would be a very long recording though. Stepping onto a wet towel as you grab a door knob or metal window frame that's wired to the 220 line in here will shut ya' up pretty quick. Let the fun begin.  :)

    @carolinavenger - I had a Siamese stray in my backyard.  Normally when I see strays I try to coax them out with some food and random noises.  Well this one stuck its nose in the air and trotted out of my yard.

    @Peridot21 - aww thank you so much, Lua is sleeping next to me in that same chair.  I don't know where Kiki ran off to but I bet she's sleeping off her early Thanksgiving.  I made enchiladas and had some olives on them and she got into the can when I wasn't looking.  I thought she was sleeping upstairs and the next thing I know she's eating olives out of a can on the counter.  I shoo her away and she runs away.  I go back to where i was preparing the meal and there she is eating olives off the enchiladas.

    @promisesunshine - at least this holiday it's just going to be my mom and dad and me and I have a feeling my dad will have to work so I'll be alone which is sort of depressing but at least it's quiet.

    @raspberryjade - I should post the pics of my cats in a box.  Lua, the bearded one, fit into this small desk lamp box within two minutes of my opening the box.

    @under_the_carpet - I guess that is what family is.  It's easier to deal with friends when they act stupid because you can pick your friends but not your family.

    @spinner_mom - thanks for putting that in perspective.  I guess I'm always envious of seemingly happy families but you don't see what goes on behind closed doors.  I love those catnip ones because of all the anti-meth ads that were posted when I was living in MN.

    @James2012 - glad you enjoyed, I know I shouldn't open my mouth about problems because I know everyone has them but sometimes it's nice to get it off your chest.

    @ZombieMom_Speaks - glad you enjoyed, I don't know about how good I would be identifying a breed of cat because I don't even know what my cats are.  I'm thinking they are mixed of an American shorthair and a Norwegian forest cat.  Lua carries the Norwegian characteristics and Kiki carries the shorthair characteristics.

    @StrawberrySunrises - Yeah that's my Lua.  She is a nice lap cat.  Usually when I go to bed, she'll lay on me within minutes and whenever I watch TV she always wants attention.  I once saw a video of a cat that liked to swim however it hated when its whiskers got wet so the owners put one of those old time diving helmets on the cat and it would swim laps in their swimming pool.

    I thought they all looked similar to the Beatles but the one that stuck out was Ringo because if you look closely it appears as if the cat has a pencil thin mustache.
