For the answer as to why Charlie has never been locked up, I offer this: Martin Sheen. Not that he has anything to do with it directly, but people just have too much love and respect for the guy (and dammit, they should) than to embarrass him further than his son already has by arresting said son and creating even more press.
Of course, that's just a theory. I find it plausible, however, because every time that dumbass boy opens his mouth I imagine Martin Sheen wincing at the absurdity of that which spills forth from it.
BTW, that's a beautiful parrot you have sitting on your shoulder. Can it type?

@AncoraImparo - They are really cute right now because they are laying on the floor behind me all sprawled out in front of the fans. They also have some plastic straws next to them. The one on my shoulder likes to carry plastic straws around the house.

@under_the_carpet - one of my cats likes to be combed but the other runs away at the sight of the brush and of course it's the one with long hair so she needs the brushing.

@godfatherofgreenbay - it sucks so bad I mixed mine with chambord which they also sucked ass and didn't have so i had to go with this imitation raspberry liquor... it's not wretched but you know all about so not to me tastes. I'll take ya there it's worth apatio sitting they have stuff I like too bu t it's a true kick in the ass to have a REAL beer and this one qualifies- bold, not afraid to piss you off. it may have me but eff it- it was a treat to try it. - remember I had my favorite kissing yeah right cousin alon.

@AncoraImparo - well I slept downstairs last night and there was a trail of straws from my stairs all the way to where I was sleeping. There have been times when I wake up with straws on my bed and even on me.
@Peridot21 - lol my cats have evil looks in their eyes when I wake up and they are sitting next to me just staring at me. That happened at least 5 times last night.
