  • I think Im going to refuse watching the superbowl. Grumpy cat and I are gonna team up and not participate in festivities. The past two weeks have just been shit.

    The mother of a friend of mine actually worked at one of those Korean cat cafes while her husband was stationed there. My jealousy, it is without limits

  • My super bowl dilemma is what dish to make. Lutherans don't actually watch the game as they are too busy eating. My cat tells me I should go with the smoked tuna dip with extra jalapenos. (What can I say? Some pussies like it hawt.)

  • @Rob_of_the_Sky - I think the closest the Falcons will come to winning any bowl is if any players on their roster are in a fantasy football bowl championship or Madden

    @Thatslifekid - I was happy they won because of Ray Lewis.  I also suspect Ed Reed will retire.

    @theKisSilent - maybe a Mick Jagger wardrobe malfunction?

    @nov_way - My week has been ok, just a lot of snow and shoveling because the city likes to plow my driveway shut.  I think I'm developing a cold and I have big plans this weekend which sucks.

    @sleekpunk - well I think there are rules in the postseason to prevent ties.  I'm fairly certain they'd play until one team scores.  Regular season games can end in ties and that always feels weird.

    @emily_shannon - I wonder how much money that cat has made its owners.  I was happy to see the Ravens win.

    @Marica0701 - well I hope you had a good nap during the super bowl.  It must have been a long nap with the 34 minute delay because of the power outage.

    @Erika_Steele - I think I had more fun watch the puppy bowl.  It was a good distraction when the lights went out.

    @Peridot21 - oh why are you bitter?  Is it because your Smilin' Cam didn't make it?  Or the Burrs?  Lua was really mad about LeBron James' decision to go to Miami and she was up close reading the bottom line because I don't have a hi-def TV and the writing is fuzzy at times.

    @raspberryjade - glad you enjoyed, I've been trying to find funny ones.  I have two non-funny Caturday posts in the work but I don't know if I'll post them.

    @EmilyandAtticus - glad you enjoyed, my cats are loving this winter because I'm staying in more and they get my attention.  The one with the beard is always near me or at least in the same room

    @BoulderChristina - one of these days I may post it just to see if anyone wants to text me

    @theladyofabundance - I hope things have been better this week and I hope grumpy cat helped.

    @carolinavenger - that would be so much fun to work in a place like that.  I almost took a part time job at a local vet's office but then I realized she also worked on farm animals and I may have had to don shoulder length gloves.

    @Kellsbella - that sounds like a good dish but the best way to go if you are serving Lutherans is tater tot hotdish.

    @PlatotheSmurf - glad you enjoyed, I think one of my cats regularly tries to kill me.  I wake up quite often with her fur in my mouth and nose because she likes flopping down on my pillow as I sleep

    @distractedbyzombies - yeah they are happy that I'm in the house more because it's winter and they don't suffer sever separation anxiety.

    @HUMOR_ME_NOW - yeah I could imagine cat cafes being tons more fun than starbucks

  • @godfatherofgreenbay - I was referring to the (stupid) Falcons...but OMG I forgot all about Cammie and the Burrs... now I'm even more bitter! 

  • @Peridot21 - I remember quite vividly the guy from the Panthers who took out a page in a newspaper saying the Panthers would win the Super Bowl.  I can't remember if he said this year or if it was just in general.
