I do it all the time. No one can tell the difference. This either means I have great reserves of control OR I'm boring. SUCKY!!
I think it would mean you know how to control your tongue or in this case fingers.
I'm not sure I'd say much different. I tend to speak in "ripped" even when I'm not ripped! Oh...and I'll take a vibrator...a woman can never have too many vibrators.
