I’ve thought about this and I’ve been pretty vocal about it but Xanga killed the community by announcing about the possible closure. After the announcement so many people left and the community became a ghost town.
I’m also feeling really bad for the people who are coming back who didn’t have premium and now they can’t blog. That seems sort of stupid that if you don’t pay you can’t blog however you can make numerous accounts and harass someone with comments for free. It should be the other way around. If you want to comment on other’s posts then you should have to pay.
Me too I went to bed at 3h am to succeed to post a video on my latest entry.

one of these days I’ll learn how to do videos on the new Xanga. It was very easy on wordpress so I don’t understand why it’s difficult here.
I am having trouble commenting this mornng. I type a comment, but it then says it is a duplicate. This is an attmept to laave a comment. lol
yeah that was an issue with wordpress. Every once in a while I’d get that but then I’d go directly to a post and comment and it would be fine.

yeah that’s true however it’s not always about the looks. If that was the case I would’ve bought this 1969 Dodge Charger for dirt cheap. The only drawback was there was no engine under the hood.

well it’s good to see you and hopefully you come back to my site because Xanga hasn’t coded a way to let people know that someone has replied to their comments.
The good news is that you are here. The bad news is that you probably didn’t have a premium account or contributed a donation to the xanga fundraiser. They are phasing out premium memberships by allowing them to blog. If you didn’t have premium or “donated” you are S.O.L. as far as blogging goes. You can comment all you like but you can’t blog.

^^^ You might have posted, but your followers lock prevents any of us left from interacting. There’s no way in and no way to request. Therefore, Xanga appears silent. If we want community, you have to open your borders until a neighborhood is more established. @adamswomanback

I posted this afternoon! And I will post more after I get a new laptop next month. It’s annoying to do it on my phone.
GOOD! Now I just need to open up my Xanga and read. I will give you clemency for using the phone. My phone is a dumb phone and basically the only thing I do on it besides calls and texting is playing The Sims and that isn’t that good because after so many minutes or saving so many times it shuts my phone off.
