Places I Talk About
I do a lot of photos and well you are going to have to suffer through some more. These are of places I talk about and things I have done.
You can't complain because I hold the tri-force...see:

These were outside my house one night. My house turned this eerie orange color which reminded me of the skies before a few tornadoes I've been through. Thankfully we didn't have a tornado that night.
This is one of my blueberry bushes. It didn't turn out that well because I had rabbits eat all the blueberries.
And these are my raspberry plants. The one on the left is black raspberries and the one on the right is golden raspberries. I put the black one in later in the year so it didn't produce. The golden one produced a handful. Next year I hope to have plenty of berries.
These are apples on one of my two apple trees. My grandfather did grafting and these two trees are the only two trees that produce this variety of apple.
This is a community park where the town fair is held. Last Friday we had about 5 inches of rain and the field was completely under water. I forgot my camera at that time. There were geese floating out there.
This is another view of the fairgrounds.
This is the town lake. It was much higher earlier in the day. The boat landing was almost covered. That pier was not visible.
This is a bridge down by the dam on the lake. As you can see the road was drying out because it was covered with water. Water was flowing out of the dam so fast that it was creating foam and that is the white stuff near the bridge.
These photos are on the other side of the lake, the river flooded it's banks and was flooding out the vitamin factory which used to be the town cheese factory.
Here's another view of the vitamin factory. On the right is a bicycle/snowmobile bridge. When the railroad left, they converted the railway to bike and snowmobile trails. I am surprised it held up because earlier in the summer it suffered damage because of flooding and ground washing out around it.
Yep...for the low price of $3
And this is my 10 point buck. I also have a mounted antelope, doe, 6 point buck and jackelope.
This is Kiki. She's sleeping next to me as I type.
These were the cookies I baked earlier in the week.
I'm so vain. Uh-oh...didn't hide my fireworks.

Mmm... triple cheese stuffed burger!
Yeah, I second the triple cheese stuffed burger, lol! I'm tiny, but admittedly I can really pack it away.
Wow, the rain and flooding amazes me. We just ended 33 days straight (new record) of rain and there were no floods! Your cat is dang cute
Also-- I knew you were a ninja. Picture confirmed.
THESE ARE... oops! i still had caps lock on lol =D These are great, i luv em... especially the lake pic, cause it reminds me of where my fam and i go in Wisconsin (man, i miss that place) ...and the cookies pic ...and the Kiki pic ...and the vain pic ...and the apple tree pic etc etc etc lol ...but srsly great pics, godfather =)
Everyone is so into the pictures today!
I love these! I wish I had a blueberry bush...I have a strawberry one though! Two, actually.
Very pretty pictures.
Awesome pictures
Nice pictures!
Awww KiKi kind of looks like my cat milkshake.
I wish i had an apple tree...

can i haz cheeseburger? I hate it when animals destroy the crops...
I love posts like this! I think I will work on one myself this weekend. Stayed tuned for pics of my backyard, favorite restuarant, and the place where I buy soap, LOL. Seriosuly, I'm doing that Monday.
Love the pics.
When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So, what the hell, leap!

lol cheese, stuffed dear head, pictures of lakes and a wisconsin license plate-- can it get more wisconsin than this?! lol
@GodlessLiberal -
It is quite tasty
@Melissa___Dawn -
You're from the Cities...have you had the Juicy Lucy?
@Angelina_Everlong -
I have no clue why we have all the flooding. Probably because all the rain came at once and the ground was so saturated. Last Friday we had 5 inches in the morning which is a large amount for a short period of time.
@Peridot21 -
Thank you. That lake pic is fun. I didn't quite fit it in the photo but the town hospital is on the left side. You can sort of see the bank in front of it because they have all the rocks. Also there is a farm on top of the ridge, not too visible, but during the spring they have a cross that lights up and during the winter they make it a star. It's huge and visible for miles.
@NightlyDreams -
Thanks
@Pandiie_Bear -
Thanks...I can't have strawberries. I think I am allergic. When ever I am near them I have an asthma attack. Those blueberry bushes are young. They get to be about 4 or 5 feet tall.
@Shining_Garnet -
Thanks
@supcheyenne -
I haven't had any photos of my other cat, Lua, because she when it's hot she hides behind a chair and doesn't like coming out. It's because I have floor fans and she hates them.
@TheSecretLifeOfPandas -
Well I have two...maybe one and a half because the other one has tiny apples.
@blushbaby1 -
Thanks, I'll have to get more of my photos up but I just have to remember to take my camera.
I can't believe all that water. What's a jackalope? And have you ever shot a spamalope?
@ccRowp -
That is why I normally hunt but I can't shoot my gun in town. My uncle has problems with deer and turkey eating his crops so every year I go out and try to bag one.
@Mrs_Jack_Daniels -
Well I can't wait to see what you have for us.
@SoftlyPearlsSlipOffAString -
You have to look on the bright side, there were no guns, pick-ups, or cows.
@jacksoncroons -
And that wasn't the worst. I forgot my camera in the morning when it was much higher. 5 inches in a couple hours is pretty bad.
A jackalope is a mythical creature that is part jack rabbit and part antelope. I think mine is a young one because it is only a two pointer. Here is a 4 pointer and here is one of my cats staring at mine.
And the spamalope...I miss the Far Side.
@godfatherofgreenbay -
Awww, I'm sorry to hear that ;-; I don't know what I would do without my favorite fruit...but blueberries are amazing as well!
Aww, you're brave. And I don't think you're as heavy as you think you are (you'd have sausage fingers to go with that wurster sign).
Do you play piano? Nice hand.
and eyes, and ear tip. (mmm, I want a cookie)
@POETIC_ISIS -
I am very white, probably because I am anemic again...sigh...yeah, I play(ed) piano. I started in 5th or 6th grade, took lessons until the start of high school. My first year of high school, I had an actual period of each day either devoted to a piano lesson or practice session. It was pretty intense. Then when the school closed, I transferred and didn't have piano and didn't want to take lessons. Then when I went to college, my program required piano. I had it four years. You had to pass a test and I could never pass it plus I really didn't get along with the teacher I had for the majority of the time. We actually had a piano lab where we would all sit around keyboards and they were plugged into a system where the teacher would flip a switch and talk with you and lesson to what you prepared.
@godfatherofgreenbay -
I know it's not a contest, but I bet I'm whiter than you are which is more remarkable b/c I live in the sunshine state. How could you be anemic (she rudely asks)? With a 10 point trophy on your wall I'm guessing you're not a vegetarian. Play piano just to enjoy it. Try to forget the ugly teachers in your life. You have beautiful fingers.
That is one hell of a fine kitty you got there.
You have a cat named Kiki! I had a cat named Kiki when I was a little girl....she was awesome.
I have to ask...why do your cookies look a little purple on the bottoms? It might just be my monitor, but then again.....
You have inspired me to do a similar post. I'll be working on it this week! Thanks!
@theladyofabundance -
She is my mischief maker. She's the one who got on top of my gun cabinet and pushed on a ceiling tile and got stuck. I woke up hearing her crying and seeing her dangling. Also, Thursday night she bit and scratched me. I heard strange noises coming from my kitchen and I went out and she was sitting in a window. I petted her and she was fine but then a cat outside started making all sorts of fuss and Kiki went nuts.
@ExposedWrists -
Kiki is running around my house from window to window. There must be wildlife outside my house.
Wow, I just noticed that. Some were a little burnt and I took the photo with no lights on overhead, that's just the flash.
I look forward to your post.
@godfatherofgreenbay - I was watching Americas Got Talent when it cut to the commercial break. Thats when I decided to do my operatic impression of the singer I just saw. About that time one of my cats raced up to me, and bit me three times... for SINGING! They are such weirdos!
@theladyofabundance -
LOL...my cats are weird like that but they don't bite me. If I sing they come and watch. Also when I was sick I moaned and groaned and they would come running to give me comfort or maybe that is what they wanted me to think. They would also circle me in bed and make cries.
