Homework Assignment 1/30
I enjoyed reading the answers to your last homework assignment. I included what I'd do on that last assignment so if you want to know how I'd react to waking up a woman go check it out. I was glad so many of you are deciding to participate in class. You all get an A. I hope the assignments aren't that difficult. I was considering making you write haikus for me but these will be better.
Here's your next assignment.
You can do one or the other or for extra credit you can do both. Make sure you explain your answer if you choose to do B.
Now...get to work.
My answers:
A. "He sends lightning with rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses." Yep, that's about right.B. I'd probably want to know if I ever fall in love and if it's mutual.

ever so eighties...nineteen eighties... I'd like to see this area from high enough above to determine how temporal our existance is now. why? i'm curious as to how inconcrete our lives are. acme instant urban spawl- just take away water.
'the key positive content in populism is its insistence even - and particularity - in the face of humiliation, on equal human dignity.' johny cash - and philosophy - the burning ring of truth
one of my kids xmas presents to me...
my one thing - this instance - for the future
i'll chose the night you meet
your lovely future bride
so we can see all the firecrackers go off inside
have a rock star night my friend... always a pleasure conversing
you too @starmanjones -
keep it real
cop a feel when you can while you
feed that soul some fine tasty treats
A. "I wait for a moment, until my head stops spinning."
This was page 60, sentence 9, in the book next to my computer...The Bears Embrace.
B. I'd love to go anywheres with Doc Brown!!
The one thing I'd like to learn in the future is how Ted Mosby met his kids mother....and who the heck she is!!! Why? Because while I enjoy the show "How I Met Your Mother", I might not live to see the big reveal!

HUGS!
PS...I shoulda' went for something serious or noble or important about the future...but oh well!
A. "Of unbelievers (so called) as well as of believers, there are many species, including almost every variety of moral type." Um... yeah.
B. I want to know who wins the next ten Super Bowls (accounting for the spread, naturally). Hello gambling. I'll be set for life.
I dunno..... what does Mussolini's attack on Greece say?? Too aggressive?
@xplorrn - train to bangkok...tasty treats...peanut chicken satays?... back at ya.
what the.. what kind of book is that!? BTF rpg!?
Here's how good I am: "My single most important achievement which I believe will dominate the portrait of my public life is an agreement which I arrive at after an assiduous and tenacious endeavor spanning over eleven years of negotiations."
... yeah, that's about right, actually.
[just kidding!]
A.) "If possible, try to determine the rhythm diagnosis before treating."
"After sending out my first batch I got a couple of requests for a synopsis and sample chapters." from 2011 Novel and Short Story Writer's Market.
From the future, I would like to learn how it all ends.
A. "His thousand-dollar buy-in had grown to nineteen thousand." (...from Breathless by Dean Koontz)
A. P. 60 is blank in the book I grabbed...pretty much a synopsis right there of my current skill set.
If you really want to know what sentence nine is, the next page on which there are sentences (It's a sewing book...) "Work stitches very small and close together, taking care to follow the original seam line and to stretch the material so it won't pucker." Oh, my, sounds painful.
B. I would love to time travel with Doc...or time travel, period. Such a cool, but scary concept. The one thing I would like to learn from the future is....never mind, the future's too scary. Can't think of a thing. I'd rather travel back in the past.
"Have you told them yet that we're going to have to move them back to Luthadel?"
(I'll let you interpret what that means, lol).
hey. thanks for dropping to my site. props for you. bye! (wink wink)
A. "Please," he asked. -- not making this up.
B. if that kid ever learns to listen.
A. "It is also true that the plantation mode of production before 1850 based as it was on slave labor, differs greatly from the so called capitalist mode of prodcution, the labor power of which is purchased on an impersonal market, as are the other factors of production..." That was only half the sentence. I need less boring books.
A: "She played over every favourite song that she had been used to play to Willoughby, every air in which their voices had been oftenest joined, and sat at the instrument gazing on every line of music that he had written out for her, till her heart was so heavy that no further sadness could be gained." -Sense and Sensibility
...I'm good at it when we're together but then I long for it when he leaves? How would you interpret that?
@hesacontradiction - doh
@starmanjones - hhaha that's great
@xplorrn - that is a good one although I feel a little disturbed because I made you use a child's present
@AdamsWomanFell - well that is interesting, I hear that they've already filmed the ending of that show and actually filmed it in the first season because that way the kids won't "age".
@carolinavenger - Oh you'll do what Marty planned on doing but what benefited Biff
@roscoes_farm - lol
@BenelliMan - My book I used was a bible study
@sleekpeek - WOW...that's good!
@ThatOneBlondeChick - hahaha...that's a good one
@whyzat - yeah I think I'd like to know how I meet my end, I know working to change won't but it would be nice trying
@Peridot21 - Hmmm so much to say there
@musicmom60 - ouch...I think I would run out of time in my own life with all the things I'd want to see
@leaflesstree - oh yeah
@marvielyniguiron - thank you
@promisesunshine - hahaha...those are great
@JUST_ME_1984 - Absence makes the heart grow fonder and the dick grow harder?
Page 60, sentence 9. SIXTY NINE! I see what you did there.
"I brushed my teeth, dashed on some mascara and gloss, and ran to the Big House."
That's from Marta Acosta's Midnight Brunch. Not a book of mine (my wife's), but it was the nearest one. It's a vampire novel. *shrug*
@godfatherofgreenbay - it's all good! how many kid's dig up a book on johnny cash to give to their dad for an xmas present... i wear it with pride, my friend...
@godfatherofgreenbay - LOLOLOL
@Unstoppable_Inner_Strength - you like that don't you hahaha
That is quite interesting, maybe describing a cross-dresser?
@xplorrn - that is pretty awesome I have to admit, when you come through La Crosse you should treat them to Deaf Ear Records for some music. I think it's the only indie store I know in La Crosse.
'It is about a poor little boy who was lost in the woods.' (McGuffey's First Eclectic Reader) Umm, yeah that was the nearest book. LOL
@spinner_mom - hahaha...well that sometimes describes guys
@godfatherofgreenbay - it's on the agenda!!! they got that book (and some albums, since i still have a few turntables) at http://www.reckless.com/ which is just a few blocks from house... http://www.earwaxwisconsin.com/ (we have one of these nearby too)
the best buy has a really good selection of cd's too - we've talked about that - i was shocked when i stopped in there for a break one year... i stop there every year now...
i found this guys music there... http://garyhoey.com/ and a bunch of other music i'd never find at a bb in chitown... (not that i should be shopping big box, but at times those are the options)... hey btw - has menards up near you started selling toys & groceries - not just a shelf or two, but whole sections?
@xplorrn - well the Menard's that I visit basically only have toys around Christmas time. They actually leave them there for a while after Christmas but I don't think it's a whole section. I have seen food but basically it's camping supply food, seasoning, sauces, soup mixes, and other random stuff. Nothing like a grocery store. I usually go to the food section to get Sprecher pop and barbecue sauce.
Yeah that Best Buy is pretty nice compared to other Best Buys. I used to live in Best Buy central and drive by the Best Buy headquarters quite often. Some of the stores in the Cities were deplorable compared to that one in La Crosse.
I have such fine memories of that place. I was introduced to Adam Sandler's comedy CD in the parking lot as I was walking with a friend and my parents into the store. They had come up for something at my school which is just down the interstate. Anyway we're walking by these guys sitting on the hood of their car and their stereo is cranked up and they are all laughing and then I hear, "Spit on your hand and stroke my cock at a medium pace". My friend and I looked at each other and asked, "Is that Adam Sandler?" My parents were disgusted. They told me to get moving. My friend asked the guys what it was and they said the Adam Sandler cd was just released. Well I ended up getting a copy that night.
B. Will the Bills ever win a superbowl? I need to decide if I should become a Bills fan or not.
@Aloysius_son - jump on the Packers bandwagon, Las Vegas already picked them as frontrunners for the Super Bowl next year
