Monday Mid-day Mash-Up Madness
I forgot to add something from my last pulse; it's a quote. "If there's one thing I learned in life it's ladies of taste and refinement prefer strip scrabble or chess over strip poker."- Ben Roethlisberger.
I was going through some of my old posts or should I say a Xangan was going through some of my old posts and commented on a post titled "Lonely" which consisted of a single phrase: I am as good with women as a palsy victim performing brain surgery with a monkey wrench.
Music time...
The past few days I have to come clean and say that I had nothing but ESPN on my TV. I am fascinated by the NFL draft. I have dreams that one time while watching, I will receive the phone call from the Pack but thus far it hasn't happened. I also love hearing the prognosticators talk about the chances of stardom a player will have. I remember one year the man with the best hair in sports, Mel Kiper Jr., called one player a medical reject. I don't think that he is in the NFL anymore. Why am I talking about the NFL draft? Well this mash-up involves a song that was used in the draft every time they went to and came back from commercials. I got so sick of it but now I am in love again. The song was "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z. I guess they had to use it because the draft takes place in New York although New York state only has 1 NFL team (I know you are scratching your head on that one.) OK so this mash-up combines "Empire State of Mind" with "Party in the USA" by Miley Cyrus.
Every time I look at a Thinspo page I think of The Carpenters for obvious reasons. This mash-up combines "We've Only Just Begun" by The Carpenters with "Wonderwall" by Oasis.
So this mash-up contains one of those songs that are so easily mashed. "Ice Ice Baby" still remains relevant all these years later. Vanilla Ice's opus "Ice Ice Baby" is mashed with the song "Tik Tok" by the artist Ke$ha, who wears a piece of her placenta in her necklace.
I keep hearing about Boob Quakes today. I think Laser Tits are more threatening to our society than Boob Quakes.

Sorry, it's got to be boobquakes for the scientific analysis to work. Nice pic, though
I rec'd this just for the laz0r tits picture.
idk why, but that carpenters/oasis mash-up is kinda creepy to me... =/
Stay away from those boobs they are radio active!
Danger! Danger! High Lasers!
You know, those things might shoot your eye out.
Hey man, you ask yourself why you talk about the draft,
but that's damn sure one of the things Tom Brokaw talked about when I saw him speak last week, hah.
great minds and all.
I neither felt nor saw any of the boob quakes. But you're right about the Laser Tits being more deadly.

Alright boobquakes are fine...reminds me working at a waterpark in the Dells and watching people run from the wave pool when the tornado sirens went off.
@Chinese_Sait0u -
Well thank you
@Peridot21 -
Yeah I have noticed that most Oasis mash-ups are creepy especially the one combined with a song by Green Day which basically proved that Green Day are no talent hacks because it was exactly the Oasis song.
@NightlyDreams -
But they are so tempting
@GodOFblackFLAMES -
I'd hate to make eye contact with those high beams
@CleteusMaximus -
Wow...Tom Brokaw and I...when I was in grade school a couple of us would sit around and imitate the news anchors and I did Tom Brokaw and Ted Koppel. Oh I had issues but we thought we would be the next big thing on Saturday Night Live.

I found that whole thing about the Boob Quakes interesting because a muslim cleric said that women dressing provocatively was causing the earthquakes.
@godfatherofgreenbay - Awww, thanks for the visual! *shudder*
I'm going to replace it with the image of the girl that I saw last year who went down the drop slide at Mt. Olympus wearing a strapless bikini top. Let's just say it took her a few minutes to realize that things had... shifted
"I found that whole thing about the Boob Quakes interesting because a muslim cleric said that women dressing provocatively was causing the earthquakes."
Not sure if you're aware of this or not, but that was the origin. Hence the "scientific analysis". People are (jokingly) trying to prove that women showing skin does NOT cause earthquakes, and are encouraging women to reveal their cleavage "in the name of science"
@ithiliya -
Sometimes science can be really cool.
I was told of a horrible experience at Mt. Olympus a couple weekends ago. A church group went in and one of the women was wearing a swimsuit that was too tight and on one of the slide the force of the water and her motion caused the suit to basically shred. Apparently it wasn't a pretty site.
@godfatherofgreenbay - Is that really true? I figured that wouldn't be possible, what with the elasticity of swimming suits. That would have to be pretty much tight enough to cut off circulation, I would imagine *LOL*
Science is awesome
If you are going to Bristol Ren Faire this year, make sure to check out Doktor Kaboom if he returns. Awesome show
@ithiliya -
I wouldn't have thought it possible but I know that I have to have extra baggy shorts because well I tend to split them.
@godfatherofgreenbay - I could be wrong, but I believe women's swimming suits and men's swimming trunks are made of different material. I don't think the trunks are quite as elastic. But thanks for the funny imagery
@ithiliya -
She was wearing men's shorts so...and I am unsure of the funny imagery but you're welcome.
@godfatherofgreenbay - Oh, wow *LOL*
