Lukewarm Links 4/15
Wow, it's back people. I hope you don't forget to watch the video in my last post, Colonel Angus. Sorry non-residents of the United States, you'll have to pretend.
1. Because today is Tax Day, I thought we may want to learn from Tea Party Jesus. Such wisdom, contrary to what he taught, oh well.2. I've mentioned this before but there was a store of an adult nature that I laughed at every time I drove through Madison. It was right off the Interstate and was the exit I took to go to the airport as well as the majority of the music clubs that I attended. Anyway there were two things that I always chuckled about. First, the store advertised that in addition to selling adult novelties such as porn and sex toys they were also a bakery but when I went I didn't see any cakes. And second, the place had a semi-trailer outside originally with a tarp hanging on the trailer that said "Home of the Beer Lube". Sadly that store burned down. The AV Club section of The Onion had an article entitled "An ode to the Home of the Beer Lube". It was touching. Much to my surprise an adult novelty store opened near the casino and they now claim to be the "Home of the Beer Lube". In case you want to know, here's the Beer Lube.
3. The commercials we have in America are crap compared to this one.
4. Slash recently appeared on the Jay Leno show and to show his support of Conan O'Brien, Slash had a pin of "Team Coco" on his coat. NBC tried to edit it out. A black dot will not make Coco disappear!
5. Is this a great photo or a great caption? I wish I could be that funny.
6. I don't know if this is a great selling point for the Ford Focus.
7. You know I always thought nerds were supposed to be great engineers and could design better costumes than this.
8. Have you ever wondered what the world would be like if the word "fuck" was more visible? Well...here you go.
9. Are you torn with the issue of masturbation? Well here are the dos and don'ts of masturbation from movies.
10. And because I have a thing for half-naked women and because the baseball season is upon us, here are 25 sexy baseball fans. Where is the love for my Brew Crew?
I hope everyone has a great night.

i just watched the commercial (#3). women are trained to wait until commercial to bring up important discussions with their husbands. well with commercials like these, husbands would NEVER pay attention to wives.
I couldn't believe that Tea Party Jesus site.
As for the sexy baseball fans, I was disappointed with the Twins. I was anticipating it and then when I saw it I felt they could have found a better fan with "TWINS" printed over/around her twin mounds.
Sounds like Slash was really supporting Jay Leno. With controversy that is.
Man, that boobie commercial is so fake./sob Yea, ok, boobs are cool, but there is something even cooler: flapping boobs.
Listening Hail Mary backwards, does that count as obeying Satan?
hahaaa omg link #5... they actually put the guy's name in... "Jason whatever dressed in a gorilla costume" ...too funnyyyy ...oh, wait ...IS DIS REAL =P
Obey Satan? No way!
Haha, the gorilla! I think if you overuse words such as "Fuck" then they lose their impact *bang* effect. If you say it multiple times in one sentence..and constantly in conversation, you lose the shock value of whatever you were saying.

Ah yes, that is true. I know I would have a hard time concentrating on a conversation
@curiousdwk -
Yes, the Twins one is rather disappointing but then I think back to most of the Twins fans I saw at the ballpark. Let's just say going to a game was a sausage fest.
@NightlyDreams -
You know the more I thought about it I am thinking you are right. Slash was probably doing that to create some sort of mumblings so Leno could have a temporary boost in ratings.
@windoftheforest -
I remember seeing a video of a nudist colony sky diving and it was pretty funny to see everything flapping in the wind.
@Peridot21 -
That was a real photograph. Some choad just popped up dressed as a gorilla.
@RestlessButterfly -
OK then don't. It was just an option for the weekend.
@Shopgirl0393 -
Yeah I am totally annoyed when people drop the f-bomb every other word. I feel that sometimes a person is unintelligent if they can't find a different adjective or adverb.
@godfatherofgreenbay - that is sooo weeeird, who does that?? lol ...and o.m.g. who is *that* now?! ...the pic is kinda small... can't see the face very well... tell meeeeee!!!! =P
@Peridot21 -
Well there is something to going around town dressed in a gorilla suit. Heck, I'd like to do that.
The guy in that photo is former NFL player Brian Bosworth. He was supposed to be really "cool" but he never amounted to the hype and he quit because of injuries and made b action movies that wound up on Cinemax all the time for some reason.
@godfatherofgreenbay - hahaha godfatherrrr... did you have that one already? or did you go git it just for this? =P ...and ohhh ok, Brian Bosworth... yeah, i remember him and his 15 seconds...
@Peridot21 -
Of course I just got the photo for this. I thought it would be amusing.
@godfatherofgreenbay - you thought right... it's very amusing :):):)
